Joy Oliver, Ph.D., has over 20 years of research experience. Her career focus has been on research team management, with a specialization in the development and validation of assessments used in employment decisions across the talent lifecycle (i.e., qualification screening, behavioral interviews, talent evaluation systems/performance appraisals, promotion, performance improvement, and termination. Dr. Oliver currently manages and mentors researchers in her group while also conducting client management, business development, and project work. She previously led the Global Talent Management & Compensation research and Lead Generation and Job Profile Library research teams at Amazon, as well as the Human Capital Insights research team at Deloitte. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
